    new to this site, plus 2nd day on exante

    Hi guys you all sound great, and lost loads of weight on this diet, hope i do, im on my 2nd day now my start weight was 13st 6lb and i weighed myself this morning and i was 13st 2lb hopefully it will keep up xx
