Hello
I'm on day one of this diet, I had fab sucess with it before but have since had a baby so am back to square one? I've attempted this a couple of times this year but I've struggled and given up, I seem to have lost all my willpower
but today is a fresh start and I will do it. Everytime I want to eat something I just remind myself I CAN have those things, just not yet and that nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.
I really want to do this xxxx
