    Hi

    Hi all, im Beckie. I have joined this forum as i have found that i need some motivation to keep going. Started on the Atkins back in June, and lost 2 stone. Then got bored so started Slimming World and lost another stone. But since then I have reverted back to my old ways and seem to be struggling to keep it all going. I have managed to put 5lbs back on so I have decided to restart slimming world tomorrow morning and try and forget about all of the mistakes that i have made over the past few weeks and get back on track. My biggest motivation is that I am getting married in April and I know that I do not want to look like and feel like this so I need to sort myself out x x
