Trying to lose weight for wedding
Hi I'm new to this site,
Me and my Fiancee are getting married in 38 days, so I am doing all I can to try and tone up my bingo wings and lose a few pounds/inches so that my dress looks nicer!
But it has spurred me on to continue with the weight loss long term, me and my fiancee have now both joined the gym and are using the myfitnesspal app to try and keep within our daily calorie intake....
any tips would be great.
