Thread: Good morning

Hi all. I'm Emma from braintree in Essex. I'm 30 years young and have 2 children 12 years and 20 months. Oh and my third child, my fiancé Steve!
I've been on and off dieting for too long. I managed to lose 19lb on my fitness pal but I've now put back on 11 of those since the beginning of October thanks to an all inclusive holiday and not being able to get out of holiday mode!!
So I've started back on pro point this morning. Good luck me!!

I did attend WW meetings last year but my head wasn't in it. So I've just downloaded an app that works the same way with a food diary and you can search for the food values etc.

Good luck Emma Louise, I am 2 pounds lighter than this time last week, which while a disappointment, as it s my first week, is better than nothing!

i am keeping a blog too to try and remind me why I am doing this- I forced the zip on my coat over my expanding hips and stomach and it ripped, so mortified!

2lbs is great! I hope i get a couple off this week I need a boost to keep me motivated!

Haha! I am too new as well! Have to get those posts up! I actually didn't realise I lost 3 pounds this week not 2 so that makes me feel a whole lot better!

on my coat as it wouldn't do up properly!
