Yes I did it, only for 2 or 3 weeks. I did like the diet and it definitely worked! I just lost focus and I had to find the time to go to my CD suppliers house for weigh in and to buy the packs...so getting stuff delivered is convenient! I did lighter life before with a brill result! X

Angie2610, hello! How are you getting on? I'm doing well thanks!!! Feeling so positive but I have to admit, only because I had a sneaky day 5 weigh-in this morning and I've lost 7lbs already!!!! Aahhhh!!!! How good is that!!! Can't wait till the official weigh in now!!! Bring it on! This weight is getting kicked to the kerb!!!! Lol! Xxx

Thats Brilliant! What a great weight loss so far! I weighed myself yesterday and had only lost 3lb! Bit gutted and hoping when I get weighed tonight its a bit more. Really struggling today and thinking of having a packet of crisps and a glass of diet juice but I have resisted, lol! Will let you know how I get on tonight. When is your WI again? xx

WI over with and really really gutted! Was only a 2lb loss! my consultant says my body is holding onto fat because I have, unintentionally, done some exercise and if i stick at it I will defo see a better weight loss next week! I have also to have a smal lmeal from step 2 on the days exercise cant be avoided. Will stick with it but if I dont see better results next week its back to Slimming world I think.

Aw Hun! 2lbs off is still a decent loss but I know you get so disappointed when you're on these plans! You want a big number every week especially when it's so strict. Personally I don't buy into the exercise thing having a negative effect! I think it is more that your body lost 8lbs last week so this week was gonna be a lower number...have you been measuring? Bet you lost inches!!! Remember that really once your first few weeks are in your average loss is 3-4 lbs. well done resisting the crisps!!! Stick at it this week and I think you should get a decent loss to make up for this week...if you chose slimming world then why not? Any diet works if you stick to it! Just finding what one suits you xxxx good luck this week and I hope you are doing well xxx I weigh on thurs x keep me posted with how you're doing whichever plan you chose xxx

I Know I was really disappointed but I suppose 10lb in 2 weeks is still good. I had a meal last night, chicken and broccoli, and will have one again on Sat to see if it makes a difference. She never took my measurement this week, she only takes them after a stone has been lost so hopefully thats the case this week! I have got the bars this week, the chocolate one is ok and the mint chocolate is edible. I also bought the flaovoured water, berry I think, its really nice. Feeling a bit more positive now, better than what I was after the WI, haha. How you getting on with the shakes? What time is your first WI? XXX

Hello! How is your week going? Hope you have been going well! My 2 week weigh in is Thursday and think I will be like you and only lose a few lbs despite sticking to the plan! But then week 3 I expect at least 4 lbs lol! I feel my clothes fitting better already! Always encouraging!!! I would get a measuring tape yourself for small lose weeks! Keeps you going to see the inches go!!! Xxx
