    Newbie starting w8 tomorrow!

Hi everyone! I'm Jen, 28 and a serial dieter! I need to lose 4 stone this time to take me to my target weight of 9.5 stone. I'm only 5ft5, so that gives me a nice healthy BMI and I'm happy at that weight.
As I said I'm a serial dieter, 4 years ago I went on lighterlife and went from 18st 4 to 8.5 stone! Wow! The joy of being skinny! Sadly it's steadily crept on again when I promised I wouldn't let it! Starting to really affect my self esteem. I've met a lovely guy but can't help thinking he must be do put off now I'm getting bigger! Aargh! Anyway, I was going to leave things till new year, but figured there will always be something going on! Like my birthday in January then valentines etc so it goes on! So biting the bullet! All about w8 it is for me this time! Only because it was cheaper and packs are nice.
Wish me luck! Aiming for one stone off by Christmas!!!

Hi Jenpurr, you sound determined so that is half the battle. You will get great results if you stick to the plan, if you are going out you can add foods as long as they are on your add a meal/snack list and still get brilliant losses. Have a great Christmas and let us know how you are getting on in the New Year.

    Diet: calorie counting
Hi Jen. Good to see another new comer. I am a bit clueless on all the diets out there but I have experienced massive losses and the gains.
    Best wishes
    Liz
