    Im also fairly new and all these lovely people have really helped keep me on track and keep moving froward - even when I wanted to stop and eat a few bags of chips

    which diet are you doing if you dont mind me asking? Also I find starting a diary really helps me - So if you start one I would love to follow

    Morning I joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago and have lost only 3lbs I find when I join a group like weight watchers my weight loss is very slow - I just don't have the will power. I'm eating a low carb diet with protein shakes but keeping in my daily 28 pp!! What's wondering what's everyone's take on protein shakes!! Do you lose weight or not drinking them!! Thanks for the welcome :-)
