Hi donnalass, it's so hard to get in the right zone when we cannot find the will power, I've been there MANY times. I am doing JUDDD now and it's so easy compared to every other diet I've tried, I do not feel deprived at all and can still eat my favourite 'naughty' foods as long as I keep to my rotations and calorie allowances. Maybe you could check out the JUDDD plan and see if it's something you could try out.
