Hi ive been on and off this forum dont but really need help am so needing diet all thats ever worked is lighterlife so cant get bk until the 7th but going cut down from now but realky need help thinking slimfast just now please someone help
Hi there, there are many many plans out there but if feeling deprived or hungry all the time when dieting is an issue then may I suggest you look up the JUDDD plan? In a way you're only dieting half the week and get to eat whatever foods you want (sticking to your up day and down day allowances)... the losses are not quick like on a drastic diet like a VLCD but if you check out the JUDDD section here you'll see people are losing weight on this plan.
