hi everyone, my names helen. im 29 from south wales.i have been on and off diets for years but a lot of my friends have had success with slimmimg world. hope i get the same results as i would love to lose a decent amount of weight by my 30th bday in 3 months. i struggle a lot with my weight as i have a lot of health problems, but hopefully this diet will be the end of that

I'm also new and doing Slimming World. I'm loving it and feel totally confident that I'll be able to get to target this time
I've been doing different diets since I was 14 and this one is the one that's seen the best results and is easy to incorporate into my family life.
