    Hi all,
    I'm new here in the forum
    I'm quite a shy introvert so I don't have loads of friends to diet with.

    Looking for information about fitness and weight loss

    Hi I'm new also, started slimming world a few weeks ago, have lost just over a stone so far. Really trying to stick at it over Christmas and hopefully stay the same at least !! Good luck everyone.
