Hello and welcome. Despite my weight I have a fair wealth of knowledge regarding fitness exercise, my issue was mainly my poor diet...

Weigh under 300lbs - Achieved 3/02/2013
Use Rowing Machine for 60 minutes straight - Achieved 5/02/2013
Exercise everyday for 28 days - Achieved 31/03/2013
Fit into XL Boxers - Achieved 7/04/2013
Weigh under 280lbs (20st) - Achieved 28/04/2013
Jog for 5 Miles - In progress
Reach Half-Century loss - In progress
Under 268 by 19th Birthday (June 23rd) -In progress
Reach Century loss - In progress
MAIN 2013 GOAL - Reach 238lbs - In progress
CORE GOAL - Reach 190lbs by June 2014 - In progress
TOTAL DROPPED - 48.4lb/128.4lb

Hi I'm new also, started slimming world a few weeks ago, have lost just over a stone so far. Really trying to stick at it over Christmas and hopefully stay the same at least !! Good luck everyone.
