    A resolution to keep!

    Hi, I'm new... Well sort of, I joined some time ago when I was embarking on SW but I can't remember if I ever posted! I've done SW a few times and it works for me but I become complacent, thinking I know it all and inevitably the weight loss stops! This year it's time for a change and I'm trying WW for the first time. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I want that to change, having to buy the next size up in clothes was the turning point. I'm joining online so hoping to make some great friends for support in the absence of a weekly meeting

    Thanks all. Pinky, it would be great to keep in touch for support and motivtion seeing as we're both just starting out. I'm trying to get my head around propoints too, I think it will be the beginning of next week by the time I've got a clue what Im doing so I'm counting the 7th Jan as my true start date x
