    immune to diets

    HI,

    This is my first time on a forum, never done this before.
    I lost over 3stone on the Dukan diet, but my body seems to have built a resistance to it. Need to shed my last 2.5 stone ASAP

    Meeting with a Cambridge Weight Plan consultant on Thursday, will it work? Have read amazing reviews an really hope I can lose some too

    I need to see some weightloss so I can stop binge eating!

    I tried Cambridge and lost 5 Stones. It is hard but it can be done. There are other VLCDs too.
