    Newbie

    So, newbie here. My resolution this year is to lose weight dramatically. I'm currently 26 and have simply gotten in to a position where I don't feel good about myself at all. I *need* to do this for myself and start enjoying life a lot more than I am. I haven't a clue where to start, so I'm just going to read through some of the great advice that's already been given on this forum and see if I can put something in to practice.     Thank you. I'm not entirely sure. I think Slimming World would be more for me, but I've never been one for 'classes' of any sort. That being said, I've not tried either. I'm going to have a good read through and make sure I make the right choice.
