Old but New again
Been here a couple years ago and never stuck to the diets. Now I'm back again and more determined than ever to get into shape.
Had so much over the past few months now and the reason for my weight loss this time is (1) to be healthy and feel good (2) my gran was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and I'm arranging a skydive for July sometime and to do this you need to be under 14st.
At the minute I am 14st 10lbs. My goal weight is to be 10st 6lbs. By July (when I plan to do the skydive) I want to be around 12st 6lbs (if it's possible). I don't want to set too high an expectation.
I need some help though and thats the reason I am back here, everyone was so helpful and friendly and didn't judge you. I don't want to do weight watchers or that as don't want to be too limited to what I need. I need to cut out chocolates and crisps and anything else unhealthy. My first thing to do is go buy fruit and veg and make sure I eat plenty of this.
