hello to you all im new to all of this, I got turned down basically by slimming world as I dont eat a lot of the foods on the diet, im not a vegan but im pretty close, I do eat some fish but no eggs at all can someone recomend a diet? I just want to drop a stone at the most and to generally eat better thank you!!!!
Have you tried calorie counting? That's what I'm doing and just eating foods I normally would, just less of them and track them on my fitness pal.
There's a post on the board suggesting how to choose how many calories would benefit your weight loss etc. it's all based on something called your tdee, there are calculators on the Internet to help.
It's simple and free, maybe worth a shot?
