First Time Dieter - Calorie Control

Hi, I just thought I'd say hello. I've never posted on any type of forum before, here goes...

I'm 30 years old, I have 2 young children, a lovely husband and a stressful but enjoyable job.

I was slim until I got married and then I have
consistently put weight on. I'm uncomfortable now and feel like a blob so I'm going to do something about it.

    I am:
    5ft9ins
    15 st

    I want to be:
    12 st by next Christmas

If anyone has any words of advice or encouragement, I'd really appreciate them!

    Looby

All the best in your weight loss journey hun! I know what you mean about feeling 'like a blob'. Only we can change it, you're absolutely right!
I've not been on a weightloss forum before, but I'm finding this one fantastic so far...full of support and an excellent distraction on an evening instead of dipping the hand into a biscuit tin whilst watching corrie etc
