Hello, the yo-yo dieter is back
I have had a few changes in my life just recently, I met the man of my dreams, been proposed too, moved in with the love of my life and got myself a job. With passed relationships, I seemed to be able to diet a lot easier and keep to a strict diet. However, since I met my fiance I have managed to loose weight and maintained, but I seem to find it harder. How do you happy married, soon to be married, wo/men cope with their better half eating what they want when you are stuck to a point system?
I am a member of weight watchers, mainly because I am getting married in 3 months and Weight watchers seems to move the weight quicker than slimmers world. However, Slimmers world will work better with my family life. So, this was just a quick hello and for maybe a bit of advice : )
