Hello from north wales, new on here, slimming world member

Hello I'm Jessie! I'm 22 and live in north Wales. I started slimming world in march 2012 as both my mum and sister have been doing it for years I thought I would give it a go. I have lost just over 3 stone (give or take a few ponds over Xmas :)). I have tried most silly diets in the past, so glad I found SW, I really love it! Thought I would join this forum for some recipe ideas and general inspiration ( have just bought a slow cooker and no idea what to do with it!!)

Wow 3 stone is amazing, I've only been doing Slimming World for the last couple of months but I'm liking it and can see my sticking to it, unlike other diets I have tried! :-)
The Slimming World site has loads of recipes on it and the BBC Good Food site is really good for recipes as well, you can search for slow cooker recipes on the BBC site as well.
