    Hey im a newbi on cambridge!

    I'm 32 14 stone want to get down to 10 stone something! I know it's going to be hard but I really have to do it this time! Need to show my daughter I'm healthy and I want to feel and look good! I'm from derby x

    Yes, you can do it... And showing your daughter a healthy example is great. I wished I would have shown my boys a better example. Now they are grown, and I'm afraid my bad influence has caused them to grow the wrong way. Both are quite big If I could do it all over.. oh how I wish...
