Just wanted to say hello, started my first ever diet last week, I need to lose about 2.5 stone, from a combination of over indulging and also being on hormone medication to treat my endometriosis. I have just completed my first week and lost around 4lbs, but need spurring on as I miss nice foods so much! Any recipe shares will be a great help too. Thanks!
