    Hello my name is Sarah, I'm 25 and a vegan I joined a while ago and was doing slimming world but I fell off the wagon. I have just started a new diet today. I am just going to eat sensibly from now on and see how I do with that. It will be tough but I have the determination this time.

    Hi,I just set up an account after just reading everyone else's stories for months.im not on a diet as such just trying to be healthy and it down on rubbish but not depriving myself.i also just started the 30 day shred today and am just going to do at my pace as I need to get fit.i am only 24. 😊

    Hi, I have just joined. I am a vegetarian and I am also doing the old fashioned healthy eating. I lost 2 stone last year but put most of it back on when I was in America on holiday and over Christmas I have a lot to lose but I am determined this time. Good luck
