    Hello - new to the site

    Morning all

    My names Sharon, Im 42 and have decided to make some healthy changes to my life this year. I dont want to be on a diet, I just want to make good food choices and do some exercise.

    Im about a week and a half in and its going ok so far but reading and posting here can only be helpful.

    Thanks for the welcome. I've been having a look around and there's so many threads its hard to keep up!
    I'm not following a specific diet, just cutting out the rubbish and trying to add some exercise into my life too. Have been a lazy so and so up to now! Lol
