hi everyone :)
Hey im new to this site but everyone seems really friendly and supportive!! I am going on holiday in just under 6 weeks and would feel much better if I lost a stone by then!! I started dieting afew weeks ago (just eating healthy) and exercising several times a week (think my body has gone into shock haha...) and then last week I discovered the 5/2 diet and started to try that! Since starting to diet I have lost about 6lb
so just want to lose another stone on top of that!! I want to stick to this 5/2 diet for the remaining 6 weeks as im finding it pretty easy and curious to know how and if anyone has any success stories from it
