Hi, I am Rickytickytum, my friends call me Lex. I am starting Atkins with hope and excitement tomorrow. I have successfully done it before and was so pleased with the outcome...unfortunately, due to a series of circumstances from Autumn last year (genuine reasons, not excuses!) I came off Atkins and subsequently put the weight back on! I am determined tho, now to get it off and keep it off and feel I have turned a corner! I am excited to say the least!
