Hi, new person here in need support during weight loss!
Hi, I'm Jeana and I've been trying to shift my baby weight that I put on 4 years ago!! I have little will power when it comes to not snacking but I'm really trying
I would love to lose 2 stone, Don't care how long it takes as long as I get there!
I'n starting doing Tae Bo as playing table tennis once a week isn't enough exercise to get my weight down.
Anyway I hope to speak to some of you soon and keep up to date with how you're all doing on your weight loss journey.

. I tried Tae Bo many years ago and knackered my hips on a high kick for a few weeks - went off Billy Blanks and his "DOUBLE TIME!!" after that!

Hi, I'm kinda doing a bit of a mix, I don't go to any groups or anything but I'm sort of following slimming world and just trying to have a lower calorie intake. Hopefully that and a bit of Billy Blanks a few times a week will get me to where I want to be
I used to do tae no regularly and was fine but I only did the basic workout 2 days ago and I still ache from it!!

That's very true, consistency of lower calorie intake will work and not jumping on the scales every day will keep your sanity!
