    hello all s world people!

    Hi all those that attend slimming world, I am Sarah , 33 from notts been a s world member for 3 years was at target for 11 months now just 6 pounds off getting back in target.

    Hi Ladies, I'm Roxy from Meath in Ireland, I just started slimming world on day 2 also , doing it on my own so I though i would sign up here and get some help along the way as I know I'm soooo weak!! I just can't say no to food. Hope your all have a good new year so far and are sticking to your plans...We finally finished all the christmas junk (couldn't just throw it out - Criminal) and I'm on my way to do a food shop now!...I have my sw shopping list ready so hopefully I can stick to it like glue!...Weigh in next Friday and looking forward to it
