New to all this.
I want to loose a few lbs.
I don't follow any diet, but just work out how many calories I scoff and burn off to maintain an average deficit.
Seems to work + the dog has never been on so many walks!

Welcome to the site. I'm CC'ing too and trying to actually exercise which is all new to me
I said to my husband shall we get a dog to take it for walks but he wasn't impressed! Lol
