Hello! I'm new!!!!! Joined for a bit of support and encouragment!
Thought I'd give it a go joining here! I've searched google for syn values many times and have often been linked to threads on this site so thought I'd join!
Not following a plan as such, done Slimming World before so will be roughly following that but I'm just generally trying to be more mindful of what I eat and exercise (which I've never really done before). Trying not to call it a "diet" so I can maybe trick myself into thinking I'm not depriving myself!
I'm hoping to lose 1.5 stone before the summer as would like to feel nice when the sun shines. If I can lose 1 by April that would be great as I'm off on holiday then, am I being ambitious with that do you think?
