Shocked into joining after buying a set of bathroom scales only to stand on them and i was to heavy, the needle went all the way round and back to 0 :eek:
I knew i was heavy had no idea how heavy tho. so gutted lol

Sorry youve had a shock but see it as an opportunity to start leading a healthier lifestyle :)
There are loads of diet options here so have a good look around to see what appeals to you. Theres lots of advice and support here which is what we all need to spur us on.
