Hi, I'm new to this although been dieting just over 10 days.
Woke up and decided enough was enough, need to find "me " again. Relationship split 4 years ago and I just sat on my bum and ate for happiness. Note to self. Doesn't work. Anyway, have decided to move away from the biscuits, stop buying new clothes in a size 28. As no clothing hides the bumps, stop emotionally beating myself up and do something! I always had to work at my weight and running the 12 miles a day ( I used to be army) let me gorge a little. But eating everything in sight and no tuning meant I went from 10 stone 2 to just over 21 stone! But enough is enough I wanna be around to see my children grow up! As for the ex, well, she's welcome to him xxx go me.
Any support would be great as I have a very very long way to go and just doing it by counting calories x
