Hey, I'm 24 stone. I'm 6'3" and I'm in desperate need of all the help in the world!

Tried diet drugs, ALL of them, prescribed and over the counter and I'm determined not to have to go through surgery.

Trying the slimming world diet.

If it works, awesome, if not...

Well, i hope it does.

I have been following Slimming World for a while, my mother also does it. She has an average weight loss of 2.5 pounds a week. My weight loss is up and down, having a talk with my consultant at my next weigh in though. :)

I have a friend who's son is doing slimming world he has lost 9lb in 3 weeks and said its working well for him. Hope it works as well for you.
 
SW is great do go for it! I was 28st when I started, admittedly I've taken the scenic route but I'm getting there and this year I'm going for the motorway route! You can do this :)
