    Big guy, little hope

Hey, I'm 24 stone. I'm 6'3" and I'm in desperate need of all the help in the world!

Tried diet drugs, ALL of them, prescribed and over the counter and I'm determined not to have to go through surgery.

    Trying the slimming world diet.

If it works, awesome, if not...

    Well, i hope it does.

I have been following Slimming World for a while, my mother also does it. She has an average weight loss of 2.5 pounds a week. My weight loss is up and down, having a talk with my consultant at my next weigh in though.

SW is great do go for it! I was 28st when I started, admittedly I've taken the scenic route but I'm getting there and this year I'm going for the motorway route! You can do this
One step at a time to goal not matter how long it takes

    28 , 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12

Losing weight is hard, being big is harder.

My husband is on SW (as am I).

He was 27st, he's down to 22st7 ish at the moment. It really does work if you can stick to it x

He also recommends DDP yoga - its "men's yoga" done by an ex WWE wrestler. It's really toning him up (lose skin is his worst fear and this really seems to be preventing it).
