Hi Everyone,
I started slimming world last Jan, lost 5kgs then lost the plot! Luckily enough Ive managed to keep it off but I have started again this week as my daughter is getting married on 22nd Feb so I dont want to look too much of a heifer in the pics! Ive left it a bit late,I know, but will be happy with whatever I lose before then. I only have access on the internet for information so would be very grateful for all your help.

Thank you both of you. Im trying very hard and so far keeping to plan. My 1st weigh in is wednesday so hopefully the scales will tell the tale
How did you get on at weigh in yesterday?
I lost 3lb so very pleased with that just have to try to keep to plan for this week now!
