    Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and I am here for support in my quest to lose weight that I have gained since quitting smoking in Feb last year. I have gained 1.5 stone and I really need to shift it. I have never dieted in my life so I am very new to this. I currently weigh 12st8lb and I am only 5'4'' so I am very over weight. Idealy I would like to be 10st7lb and with your encouragement and guidance I hope to get there. I have a works conference in March6/7 so idealy I would like to have lost a few pounds for that any tips would be extremely welcome. Thankyou Polly.
