    Time to stop making excuses!!

    Hi all )

    Been told by my doctor that I need to get my BMI downto 35 before they will let me have fertility treatment which means I have 4 stone to lose!!! Very daunting but it has to be done. The problem is I have absolutely no will power!! I need help lol perhaps by using this site I will be able to finally crack the problem!!
