Just wanted to say hello.........:-)
6 months ago I had my 3rd baby. I haven't shifted a lb of the 30lb I gained, but am now ready to start the battle!
Am planning on watching what I eat & today am starting the c25k plan....has anyone else tried this with success?
Have also just quit smoking and have done over 3 weeks, am hoping that getting into taking better care of myself will stop me going back to my old ways of smoking to much & eating way to much crap!
Am from the uk, mother of 3 beautiful kids, wife to a lovely man & am going with the motto of summer bodies are made in the winter lol!! Need lots of motivation!
Ideally would like to loose 3 stone in total, but will settle for 2! :-)

Well done on giving up smoking, three weeks is great and I bet you feel the benefits of it already. You'll get lots of motivation on here so stick around!
