Hi fellow food dodgers - I am 3 weeks in and now lost 4.5Kg. Trying to follow Hairy Dieters ideas but using WW Points to track what I am eating.
Working well so far - off alcohol completely for January has given me a good head start.
Started at 132Kg now down to 127.5 with target of reaching 95Kg this year. Wish me luck and all the best to all of you fighting the fight!
