Hi everyone just a quick introduction from me, I've struggled with weight loss for years and I always gave up in the end but I'm determined to stick with it this time so I decided to join this forum for some extra support and also when I hear of other peoples weight loss success it really gives me motivation so if anyone would like to share any of your stories Id love to hear them
