Hi, I did slimming world a few years ago and did very well. Unfortunately its all gone back on plus more.
I totally forgot about this site until I stumbled across it this morning. It was a massive help to me and great support.
And made me feel like crap when I saw my old signature with my losses in and my stickys !!! So back on it and being good !!

I am back after being offplan for 8 months. I'm not doing slimming world but intend to once I get nearer goal weight. Good luck I am sure you'll do great!
