Hi my names Colleen and I'm 32 from Canada. Just found this forum and thought I'd give it a go hope everyone is doing well

A large percent of the users are from the UK, and it's during the working day here so not that many users are active. Another hour or so and it gets a lot busier as people come home from work.

What diet are you doing? If you have a look in the section for the type of diet you're interested in, it'll be a lot busier there. I think the introductions section is probably quite quiet.
