Hello I was on here a few years back and have put more weight on
I have tried several times to lose weight with all the different diets but always fail miserably
but after speaking to my husband before christmas we both agreed as of January 2nd we would both start the weightwatchers diet, but we just did it at home and counted the points.
33 days later we have stuck to it, I'm pretty amazed myself lol we have both lost a stone in this time and have finally worked up the courage to join a weight watchers meeting, we have our first meeting wednesday wish us luck.
We both have ALOT of weight to lose and I'm hoping this time we will be able to do it!
