    Newbie - Slimming World & Calorie Counting

    Hi

    I have been looking across the net looking for a forum to help with support during my weight loss and stumbled across this little beauty, so thought I would give it a go.

    I have been following Slimming World now for 2 years and 4 months and have lost a grand total of 1st 1lb. I got as far as losing 2.5st within a couple of months but due to basically eating too much and then not following it properly I put on most of the weight I lost. Now, I am back following SW, but I am also counting the calories I am having as I found I am eating far too much as I have just been seeing it as free or superfree foods.

    Looking forward to having a mooch around the boards, get going with it all and finally shifting this weight.
