I'm hoping to do the James Duigan Clean and Lean way of life...low carb high protein...cutting out the C.R.A.P......

C: Caffeine
R: Refined foods
A: Alcohol & Artificial sugars
P: Processed foods

I have one stone to lose,which I know isn't a lot compared to some.
I have lost almost 2 stone so far with weigh watchers and this is the last bit..
