    IM BACK!!! hello :)

    Well hi all but most importantly sharon, emmie, bigbetty & suki!!! Well where to start i havent had one single weigh in so much has happened!!! here goes!!! My children were unwell which you already know but they were unwell for 3 whole weeks i had no sleep what so ever and i was down tired and absolutely drained stuck to my diet lost 3lb first 2 weeks then gave up as my husby lost a lot of hours in work and we couldnt afford to keep the house we are in as it was too much so we decided to downsize so right now i have put 2lbs on and am currently in the middle of moving home for the 3rd time in a year which is so stressful and i just cant snap out of eating!!! Im hoping being honedt on here will help me start back but im going to do my fitness pal for a while now and do slimming world once im settled in my new home as im also having blood test for early menapause can you believe that im only 28 but my mum was 29!!! So a lot is going on with me but i hope everyone else is positive and your journeys are going well i just need support and encouragement off you to get back on it and feeling good about myself again!!! Anyone else doing my fitness pal? Looking forward to speaking to you all again much love kelly.

    So nice to hear from you but sorry things are so all over the place for you bless you!!
    Ok so, with all this going on you've got to be good to yourself so try not to worry about your weight at the moment. Your not super woman and can't do everything at once! Moving house is stressful enough but u also have 3 kids to look after and that's without the early menopause tests!!
    So give yourself a break hun. Get the move sorted and settle in then think about the weight loss again then.
    I've had a sickness bug last couple of days so not been around much. Sure it's good for weight loss but I could do without it! Lol
    Feeling much better today tho so hopefully things will get back to normal.
    So you remember what I said about giving yourself a break. You can't do it all so take your time & I hope you all enjoy your new home

    Aww sharon nice to hear from you again!!! i know i shouldnt really be thinking about my weight right now but honestly if i dont i will keep eating and then it will be more than 2lb i will be putting on!!! I know i jist have to eat sensible its proving to be hard lately!! Anyway im sorry you havent been well hope you get better soon!!! Thank you for your comment too mean so much especially now!! Haha.     Big hugs... sounds like you are stressed out!! I hope everything sorts itself out for you. The kids sound like they had a horrid virus... I use that My Fitness Pal app, I never seem to be able to eat enough, which isnt a problem I thought I had!!!! but I find it really helpful and I reckon you could use that whilst following the Slimming World diet... Its good especially keeping a record of your food/exercise... what really surprised me was the amount sugar in stuff! I'm so impressed you are even thinking about your diet!! Well Done x I definitely comfort eat x sending you some good vibes

    Hi Sharon, I hope you are over your sicknes bug, there just seems to be so many things going around... I noticed this morning that my BRUISE has finally faded!!! That hula hoop is a lethal weapon.... How are things with the Treadmill? I've managed to walk our dog so much... she hides up when I get the leash out!! Poor Trixie, we pick her up from the dog shelter I think she wants back now!! lol Hope you are having a good day, I've got some housework to do

    Hi ladies

    Hope your all ok. Im ok now thank goodness so back to the calorie counting. Weighed this morning and lost 3lb but I think its higher than it would have been cos I was poorly. I'll take the loss tho! lol
    So Ive now lost 9lbs but I dont feel like Ive lost anything. Maybe its cos Im so big and need to lose more to be able to feel it? Not sure but at least the scales are going in the right direction =)

    Kelly ~ think of the weight you'll lose doing all that packing, moving and unpacking!! Bet it helps. Have you moved already or getting packed up soon to go? We moved last January after being in our old house 13 years. God the stuff we chucked away! Why do we keep so much crap!! lol

    Emmie ~ you young lady are doing brilliantly! Ive been reading through some of your posts about all the exercise your doing and its obviously boosting your weight loss so well done you =)

    Suki ~ I reckon those hula hoops are weapons of torture! lol Cant believe it bruised you like that! U should ask for a refund or danger money! =) The dog hiding from you made me laugh. I said to my husband the other week we should get a dog then I'll go out to walk it but he wasnt keen. He hates mess (weirdo! lol) so wont have any pets. But Ive got the treadmill so Im still using that and an exercise bike aswell now but I do prefer the treadmill. Its sometimes hard to talk myself into getting on it, but when I do I feel loads better for it.
