SYNS is a term used by Slimming World to describe the group of foods/drinks which are not essential for healthy living - but which make life worth living For example beer/wine, chocolate, cakes, butter, etc. Slimming World give all foods a syn value and you should usually eat between 5 and 15 syns a day. Hope this helps?
