    New to minimins!! Calorie counting MFP

    Hi all!! I started using MFP and was told to come here for some support, advice and laughs!!
    I'm calorie counting and on 1700 a day!
    I'm doing ok, briefly tried SW for 3 days and it really wasn't for me, so back to calories!!!
    Looking forward to getting to know people xx

    Hello and welcome, I done calorie counting many years ago, but I had to weigh veg etc to know what the calories were and by the time I had my dinner be cold lol. I'm doing SW and find it much easier, no weighing and i love pasta and potatoes ( not together ha ha). I have been doing this plan for two years, and it doesn't even feel like i am watching what i'm eating anymore. Good luck with your weight loss journey x
