    Newbie saying hello

    Hiya everyone! I am a 40 year old married mom of 3, a son 18 and identical twin daughters 17. I joined Weight Watchers Online yesterday and am very new to it. I want to lose some weight and get healthy. I am a junk food junkie (love my chips and goodies lol). I have asthma and am on a steroid inhaler but am trying very hard. I did South Beach diet a couple summers ago and went from a size 14 to a size 8 in about 2 months and stayed that way til Christmas time when I let others convince me that I looked like a child haha so started eating the wrong things again and that's also when my doctor changed my medicine for my asthma and gave me the steroid . I'm not keen on veggies but do like some, I love most fruits and like simple meals.
