New member - need advice
Hi there, I'm new to exante completely not actually starting the plan until 11 match due to my birthday fun and games next week but I was looking for some advice before I start. I work long shifts and was planning on taking soups with me but due to there been no blender at work was wondering if the soups can be mixed earlier and then eaten later in the day? Or will they go horrible?
